About DDRA
The Darling Downs Residents Association (DDRA) is a not-for-profit volunteer organisation, which is primarily focused on engaging and supporting residents living within the township and maintaining the Darling Downs Equestrian Estate land.
The DDRA collaborate with the Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire under a Strategic Development Plan to manage and maintain the grounds of the estate.
Volunteer are welcome to join whether you live in Darling Downs or elsewhere and enjoy the equestrian facilities on the estate.
The equestrian estate consists of approximately 21 hectares of public open space and about 25 kilometres of bridle trails.
To maintain the area the DDRA Committee organise a number of busy bees every month or so, to help maintain the facilities and clear away debris to reduce the risk of bush fires.
The Association has more than 200 registered members and relies on volunteers to maintain the equestrian estate.

These actions shape and mold the present into a future
of which we can all be proud."
